With his 30+ years of rowing and coaching in a collegiate club Michigan Men's Coach Gregg Hartsuff ties together the complicated web of oversight of a collegiate club rowing team.  He details methods of successfully handling the relationships between student officers, university Rec Sports and Student Life administrators, and team alumni.  Additionally, he incorporates the fringe forces of risk management, other rowing programs, city administration, and national organizations into a discussion about a best practices approach to achieve success.
